Oogam is our flagship product. Payment checkouts for Oogam and Oogam Platform may use Razorpay as a payment gateway. Payment success/failure return and callback URLs are configured on https://oogam.in (and related Oogam domains as applicable).

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, organisation name, and password or SSO identifiers.
• Billing and KYC-related details you submit for invoices or compliance (for example GSTIN, billing address).
• Support and contact messages, including attachments you send us.
• Content you submit to Oogam products (for example prompts, uploads, or voice inputs) as needed to provide the service.

1.2 Payment information

When you make a payment, checkout is processed by Razorpay (or another authorised payment partner). We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords on our servers. We may receive and store payment metadata such as transaction ID, order ID, payment status, amount, currency, method type (for example UPI / card / net-banking), and timestamp, for fulfilment, receipts, refunds, and accounting.

1.3 Information collected automatically

• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Usage data: feature usage, API call volume, model selection, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention.

2. How we use information

• Create and manage accounts, authentication, and access control.
• Provide Oogam products and Oogam Platform services (including API access, credits, and usage metering).
• Process payments, issue invoices/receipts, handle refunds, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Respond to support, security, and legal requests.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and safety (including aggregate analytics).
• Send transactional messages (for example payment confirmations, security alerts). Marketing emails are sent only where permitted, and you may opt out.
• Comply with applicable Indian law and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data where necessary to perform a contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest (for example securing our services), where required by law, or where you have given consent (for example certain cookies or marketing).
